Meet Our DREAM Visionaries

Maranatha Crandell
KEYNOTE SPEAKER
At just 8 years old, Maranatha Crandell is already an Amazon #1 Hot New Release author and the voice of "Bernie" in The Hamster Show on Nickelodeon. A passionate storyteller, actor, and young entrepreneur, Maranatha inspires kids everywhere to overcome fear and self-doubt. Her debut book, Aria’s Big Test, empowers children to build confidence, perseverance, and faith on their journey to success.

Caleb Jakes
KEYNOTE SPEAKER
Caleb Jakes is a dynamic motivational speaker, author, and CEO of Joyionaire Enterprises. At just 20 years old, he inspires individuals to discover joy and purpose through faith and perseverance.

Kristine Smith
SESSION INSTRUCTOR
Kristine Smith is the CEO and Co-Founder of InSpira Performing Arts, a podcast host, author, therapy dog handler, and advocate for small business success and wellness. She is a dynamic speaker and leader committed to inspiring and empowering others.

Ty Daye
SESSION INSTRUCTOR
Ty Daye is a Certified Life Coach, Animal Flow Instructor, Stretch Therapist, Meditation & Reiki Practitioner, and the first Black male yoga instructor from Newark, NJ. He is passionate about bringing awareness to fitness, healing, and mental health for Black men through holistic practices.

Shani "Virgo" Alicea
SESSION INSTRUCTOR
Shani “Virgo” Alicea is a New Jersey native and accomplished dancer, choreographer, and educator with over 30 years of experience in the industry. A graduate of Arts High School and the University of the Arts, Shani has performed on Broadway, in major films, on national networks, and at high-profile live events including NBA and NCAA halftime shows. She continues to share her passion for dance while balancing life as a wife, mother, and creative force in the tri-state area.

Lisa Sorensen
SESSION INSTRUCTOR
Lisa is a 200-hour certified yoga instructor and passionate Health and Wellness expert committed to making yoga accessible to all. With certifications from Bhakti Barn Yoga and specialized training in anatomy, mental health, and osteoporosis care, Lisa blends physical awareness with emotional healing. Her mission is to diversify the yoga community by equipping people from all walks of life with tools for holistic well-being.

Caylia Wallace
CAREER PANELIST & SESSION INSTRUCTOR
Caylia Wallace is an international creative director, choreographer, and health and wellness enthusiast with a BFA in Dance and an MA in Public Media. She is also a high school dance educator and coach, as well as a certified Flexologist.

Tonei Silver
CAREER PANELIST
Tonei Silver, a dancer from Somerset, NJ, began her training at age 3 at InSpira Performing Arts. Now a senior in the Ailey/Fordham BFA program, Tonei has trained with renowned programs like Alonzo King LINES Ballet, BalletX, EMIA, Dance Theatre of Harlem, and The Ailey School. She plans to continue teaching and dancing professionally after graduating this May.

Adia Fielder
CAREER PANELIST
Adia Fielder, Psy.M, is a fourth-year Clinical Psychology doctoral student at Rutgers University’s Graduate School of Applied and Professional Psychology. She currently serves as a Behavioral Medicine extern at Cooper University Hospital and a Behavioral Health counselor at Family Medicine in New Brunswick. Passionate about providing mental health services to underserved populations, Adia is especially committed to supporting Black and brown communities.

Gabrielle Langevine
CAREER PANELIST
Gabrielle Langevine is a dancer, choreographer, and educator based in New York City. A graduate of Rowan University’s dance program, Gabi performed in works such as Small Gifts, Making Good Trouble, and The Wings They Can’t See. She currently teaches dance to K-4 students at Success Academy Union Square and leads her own dance clubs, continuing to inspire young dancers every day.

Mecca Mayers
CAREER PANELIST
Mecca Mayers is the 30-year-old founder of Mecca’s Table, a catering company she launched in November 2023. A North Brunswick native now thriving in Washington, DC, Mecca blends her passion for culinary arts with her background in dance, which she developed at InSpira Performing Arts. With a focus on storytelling through food, she curates unforgettable experiences that bring people together—one plate at a time.

Isaac Eason III
CAREER PANELIST
Isaac Eason III is a Software Engineer at Lockheed Martin with five years of experience in software development, Agile leadership, and AI technologies. A proud Virginia State University alumnus, Isaac is passionate about empowering young developers and building high-performing tech teams.
