Isaac Eason III

Isaac Eason III is a Software Engineer with five years of experience at Lockheed Martin in Moorestown, NJ. He is a proud graduate of Virginia State University, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering with a minor in Mathematics.

Before launching his professional career, Isaac completed a Mechanical Engineering internship at EPT Inc. in Chesterfield, VA, where he worked closely with engineers to optimize high-speed stamping systems using cutting-edge analysis tools.

Currently, Isaac holds certification as a Professional Scrum Master and serves as a technical leader for two development teams within Lockheed Martin’s RMS program. He specializes in Model-Based Engineering, Agile software development, and developer experience (DevX) strategies, consistently driving technical innovation and team performance.
