Lisa Sorensen
Lisa is a dedicated yoga instructor and holistic wellness advocate whose mission is to broaden the diversity of yoga practitioners and make the practice truly accessible to all communities. A 200-hour certified yoga teacher and Health and Wellness expert, Lisa approaches yoga not just as a physical practice but as a transformative tool for healing, balance, and personal empowerment.
Trained at Bhakti Barn Yoga with a certification in Yoga for Health and Wellness, Lisa has also pursued extensive continuing education to deepen her knowledge and broaden her impact. She has completed specialized coursework in yoga anatomy with Physical Therapist Libby Hinsley, yoga for osteoporosis with renowned expert Loren Fishman, and yoga for mental health with therapist and yoga teacher Ashley Turner.
Lisa is deeply committed to creating inclusive spaces where all individuals—regardless of background, ability, or experience—can explore the benefits of yoga and holistic living. Whether through mindful movement, breathwork, or educational workshops, she aims to provide practical tools that promote physical vitality, emotional well-being, and community connection.
