What is the DXC25 Youth Vendor Marketplace?
The DXC25 Youth Vendor Marketplace is an exciting feature of the DREAM Experience Conference 2025! This unique space is dedicated to young entrepreneurs between the ages of 7-18 years old, offering them the opportunity to showcase and sell their products and services to a supportive and engaged community.
The Marketplace creates a real-world business experience, helping youth develop entrepreneurial skills, build confidence, and connect with new customers and fellow young business owners. Visitors to the conference will have time to shop, interact, and support these rising stars!

Who Are We Looking For?
At DXC25, we’re searching for young entrepreneurs who are passionate, creative, and excited to share their talents with the world. Whether you’re just starting out or you’ve already launched a small business, we welcome youth vendors who are eager to take the next step on their entrepreneurial journey. If you’re between the ages of 7 and 18 and have a product or service you’re proud of—whether it’s handmade jewelry, artwork, clothing, baked goods, or something entirely unique—this is your opportunity to shine.

Vendor Fee: $50 per table (Includes 1 table and 2 chairs + promotion on event materials and social media)

Who Can Be a Vendor?
Open to Students Ages 7-18
Vendors must be Pathfinders (7-12) or Trailblazers (13-18). Products and services should be age-appropriate and family-friendly. A parent or guardian is required on-site at all times.

You’ll get one table, two chairs, and your business will be featured on the DXC25 website and social media.
Setup & Breakdown
Be Ready to Go!
Setup is 8:30 AM – 9:30 AM. Breakdown starts after 4:00 PM. A parent or guardian must assist with both.
Vendor Fee
$50 per day / $100 for both days
Secure your spot for one or both days! Your vendor fee includes your space, table, chairs, and event promotion.

How to Become a DXC25 Vendor
1️⃣ Fill out the vendor application form.
2️⃣ Wait for your approval email.
3️⃣ Once approved, you’ll receive a payment link.
4️⃣ After payment is received, we’ll send your Vendor Packet and your Vendor Ticket.
Bring your ticket to the front desk at check-in on your event day for setup!
